Great experience from beginning to end..!! I would recommend United Solar Partners For any homeowner who is looking for a fair, honest and professional solar installation. They will work with you and answer questions And maintain an open line of communication throughout the process. They are qualified to offer options that still allow claiming a federal tax credit. Be prepared for a solar journey, not a quick job. They will be honest and open with you concerning your expectations, however, there are many inspections and codes from The city and the electric provider. However, I was rather impressed APS and the City of Glendale were more cooperative than I thought they would be. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. They completed all the administrative tasks like setting up inspections and they were there every step of the way with any questions plus response was very quick. United Energy Partners is a highly competent, family-owned company that is friendly, service-oriented, and genuinely cares about its customers. In an industry where that combination can be hard to find, they're a rare gem. From system design through installation and commissioning, United absolutely nailed my rooftop solar and Tesla Powerwall 3 system. I'm 84 years old. I care deeply about the environment, but I also appreciate good economics. With United, I got both. My first results are in, and they demonstrate what happens when an installer gets everything right: a properly sized solar array, intelligent battery programming, and effective load shifting. The result? The customer wins—lower electric bills with no sacrifice in comfort. As of yesterday, my APS peak-hour energy usage from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. was exactly zero. Zero. Zip. Nada. All the steps along the way were explained in great detail by Rexx.  Everything happened exactly as he stated.  Permits pertained and didn't take long at all.  Before we knew it instalation day.  The crew was very polite and explained everything.  The first installer arrived at 0600.  The entire crew was there by 0615.  The install went smooth as silk.  Very neat work.  Everywhere an installer worked was cleaned perfectly.  Now all the inspections.  Be prepared it can take up to 4 weeks. We were lucky... 3.5 weeks and we went live. UEP recently installed solar for us including 2 Tesla Powerwalls.  I loved working with them.  Rexx was so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. The installation was timely and everything looks very nice.  I love the app showing how much energy we are producing and how it’s being used. Everyone here has been great, friendly and always on time, and their pricing is competitive. It took us way longer than expected to get our solar up and running but I think having to redo our entire electrical panel held things up.
